Je kan kiezen tussen verzending met BPost, Mondial Relay of Post.nl.

Verzending met BPost en Post.nl is steeds met Track & Trace inclusief verzekering.

Met Mondial Relay is er een kleine verzekering met mogelijkheid om een optie met extra verzekering te nemen voor Nederland, Luxemburg, Spanje, Portugal en Italië.

Wij verzenden niet naar enclaves en eilanden zoals Canarische eilanden, Vaticaanstad, Madeira, etc.

Which shipping methods can I choose?

Pickup in Leopoldsburg (by appointment), You may collect your order in Leopoldsburg by appointment.

Shipping options: 
You can choose between shipping with BPost, Mondial Relay, or PostNL.

Shipments with BPost and PostNL always include Track & Trace and insurance.

Mondial Relay shipments include basic insurance, with the option to purchase additional insurance for deliveries to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Please note that we do not ship to enclaves or islands such as the Canary Islands, Vatican City, Madeira, etc.

Hoelang duurt het vooraleer ik mijn bestelling ontvang?

De juwelen op voorraad worden binnen de 1 – 5 werkdagen verstuurd. De leveringstermijn is afhankelijk van BPost, Mondial Relay of Post.nl en kan variëren tussen 2 en 4 werkdagen.
De gepersonaliseerde juwelen worden met de hand gemaakt op basis van jouw voorkeuren. Ik doe er alles aan om de gepersonaliseerde aanvragen te maken binnen 8 dagen met een max van 14 dagen.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Jewelry that is in stock is shipped within 1–5 working days. Delivery times depend on BPost, Mondial Relay, or PostNL and may vary between 2 and 4 working days.

Personalized jewelry is handmade based on your preferences. We do our best to complete personalized orders within 8 days, with a maximum processing time of 14 days.

 

Ik heb voor Track & Trace gekozen. Wanneer ontvang ik de link?

Als je voor Track & Trace hebt gekozen, zal je van BPost, Mondial Relay of Post.nl een link ontvangen op het ogenblik dat ik jouw bestelling verzend. Je zal de Track & Trace link ontvangen op het emailadres dat je hebt gebruikt tijdens het bestellen. Voor verzending via Mondial Relay is ook een telefoonnummer nodig omdat u een code ontvangt om het pakket af te halen.

Via de Track & Trace link kan je zien wanneer je bestelling zal geleverd worden en kan je de levervoorkeuren indien gewenst wijzigen.

Met Track & Trace is de levering van jouw bestelling gegarandeerd.

Als jouw bestelling om welke reden dan ook niet zou toekomen, krijgt u een terugbetaling.

I selected Track & Trace. When will I receive the link?

If you selected Track & Trace, you will receive a tracking link from BPost, Mondial Relay, or PostNL as soon as your order has been shipped. The Track & Trace link will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order.

For shipments with Mondial Relay, a phone number is also required, as you will receive a code to collect your parcel.

Using the Track & Trace link, you can follow your shipment, check the estimated delivery date, and, if desired, adjust your delivery preferences.

With Track & Trace, the delivery of your order is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive for any reason, you will receive a refund.

Als je online hebt besteld kan je veilig online betalen met Bancontact, de KBC app, de Belfius app, Ideal, kredietkaarten of Paypal.

Als je kiest voor overschrijving wordt je bestelling verzonden van zodra het bedrag op onze rekening staat.

Retouren

Kan ik een bestelling (of een deel ervan) retourneren?

Op online bestellingen geldt het wettelijke herroepingsrecht. Je kan binnen 14 dagen je bestelling terugsturen op voorwaarde dat de juwelen zich in zijn oorspronkelijke staat en de originele verpakking bevinden.

Opgelet, het herroepingsrecht is niet van toepassing op gepersonaliseerde juwelen!

Elke aanvraag tot retour dient gestaafd te worden met foto’s.

Returns

Can I return an order (or part of it)?

Online purchases are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. You may return your order within 14 days, provided that the jewelry is in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized jewelry.

All return requests must be supported with photos.

 

Hoeveel kost een retour?

De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening en afhankelijk van het gewicht van het pakket.

- Als je kiest voor verzending met track en trace, kan je online een verzendlabel aankopen op de site van BPost, Mondial Relay of Post.nl.

Print het verzendlabel af, plak het op een bubbel enveloppe en breng het naar een BPost , Mondial Relay of Post.nl punt.

Daar zal je verzendlabel gescand worden en ontvang ik een Track & Trace label zodat ik het retourpakketje kan volgen.

Vergeet niet, bij het aanmaken van het verzendlabel, om mijn e-mail adres info@ceehnavcreations.be in te vullen.

- Als je je bestelling via briefpost wil versturen, moet je ook dan de juwelen in een bubbel enveloppe steken en frankeren naargelang het gewicht, maar bij eventueel verlies of schade wordt jouw bestelling bij briefpost niet vergoed of vervangen.

How much does a return cost?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on the weight of the parcel.

If you choose shipping with Track & Trace, provide our email address info@ceehnavcreations.be and phonenumber +32494316017 to the shipping company. 

If you choose to return your order by regular mail, you must place the jewelry in a padded envelope and apply sufficient postage based on the weight. Please note that in the event of loss or damage, returns sent by regular mail will not be reimbursed or replaced.

 

Onderhoud

Hoe zorg ik dat mijn juwelen lang meegaan?

Elk Ceehnav Creations juweel wordt zorgvuldig met de hand voor jou gemaakt met kwalitatieve materialen en glaskralen. De kleuren van de glaskralen kunnen afslijten en/of vervagen na langdurig gebruik. Om ervoor te zorgen dat jouw juwelen lang mooi blijven, raad ik aan om ze uit te doen als je gaat douchen, schoonmaken, werken in de tuin en slapen. Je kan ook best contact vermijden met cosmetische producten, zoals parfum of zeep (Zie ook de tab verzorgingstips).

How can I make sure my jewelry lasts a long time?

Each Ceehnav Creations jewelry piece is carefully handmade for you using high-quality materials and glass beads. The colors of the glass beads may wear off and/or fade over time with prolonged use.

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before showering, cleaning, gardening, or sleeping. It is also best to avoid contact with cosmetic products such as perfume or soap (see also our care tips section).
